Hola Hi hello i know it's been a while 
do you know that i have prepared this delecious recipe 70 days ago and i am writing it today 
yes i know i know i'm super late 😄
so lets begin we have some lot of steps 💇to taste this magic yummy yummy the mixture is great who are you coconut lovers ! manifest
actually i've prepared this cake for my birthday and i wrote melegim which mean my angel like i'm telling my self my angel 😂😂 yeah we have to do that 
so let's get started

time of preparation :

preparing genoese :15minutes

time of baking :20minutes

preparation of cream and decoration :20 minutes

total :almost one hour


the ingredients :

genoese :

-100g of almond powder .
- 190 g of flour .
- 190 g of sugar .
- 10 g of baking powder .
- 1tsp of almond flavour .
-6 eggs .

cream :

-500 gr of white chocolate .
- 500 gr of mascarpone cheese or your can use as an alternative fresh cream 30% fat .
- 60g of coconut .
-100g of liquid cream of fresh cream 12% fat  .
-

decoration :

chopped or slivered almond .
pieces of rafaello .

Syrup :
coconut milk or 2 cups of sugar and cup of water .

how to prepare :


okaay let's begin preparing 
we put flour and almond and baking powder in a bowl after sift it .

in an other bowl we whisk the white of eggs with a pinch of salt

we add the sugar and mix using a  beater

untill having this meringue and get the bird beak

now we add the yolks of egg

and we mix 



we add the second mixture to the first and we mix delicately using a spatula 


untill getting this nice genoese

now we put butter in the mold and we put the mixture

and we put it in the oven in medium temperature

and now we gonna prepare the cream 
we bring the white chocolate

we grate it and put it in water bath or like we call it mary's bath to make it melt


we add the fresh cream 12 percent of fat to the chocolate


and mix  
if you find it haevy you can add two or three spoon of hot water 


and now we add the mascarpone or the fresh cream 30 percent to the chocolate
i think that the cream were to be more delecious if i used mascarpone but in all cases it's so yummy haha don't worry


mix it delicately 


and now add the coconut

and mix 


our beautiful sponge cake is ready 




we devide it into two and soak it using syrup ( sugar + water ) or almond milk if you have



and then put a layer of cream 


and close it and decorate it like you want i'm sorry i did not take a picture in this step haha i was busy by decorating despite the decoration is not so good but it's okay 

i used almond and rafaello and coconut in sides
