hello hello everyoone i wish that you are doing well today we gonna make the easiest recipe of shortbead and so delecious and tender , there are a lot of shortbead recipes in the internet but believe me every one eat this ask me for the recipe it's so tender and irresistible and economic just a small quantities like one egg can give us a good quantity of delecious shortbead with jar i am sure that you will like it especially if you bring a hot cup of milk so yummy just enjoy the moment and let's go to the recipe .
time of preparation :
time of cook : 20 minutes
quantity : 25 pieces .
ingredients :
- 125 g of butter .
- 1/2 cup of icing sugar .
-1/2 of oil .
- 1 egg .
- 1 tsp of vanilla .
- flour .
- 5 g of baking powder .
- apricot jar .
- Orange blossom water .
- Red food coloring or beetroot .
cup capacity : 140 ml
first of all we add the ointment butter ( On room temperature )

How to prepare :
first of all we add the ointment butter ( On room temperature )

we add the icing sugar to the butter after passing it on colander .

we add the oil
we add the egg and vanilla
and then we mix all the ingredients using a hand mixer
now we add flour gradually untill getting a soft dough
we separate the dough into two or three parts to facilitate the work
to facilitate make the dough into a plastic
and you make a little bit of flour to avoid that the rolling pin stuck with the dough
and we open the dough using this rolling pin
using a tool like this we do this
we put the pieces in the plate
we make three tbs of apricot jam and two tbs of orange blossom water
and you add Red food coloring and if you don't have it it's not a problem you can use just a little bit of beetroot ( it's a good trick right ! XD )
you mix well and make them in low heat to get homogenous mixture
we let it cold and become more consistent for the use
we make sugar above the pieces
we add the jam to the piece of shortbead
and we close it woow it's looks beautiful i really like it
and this is the final look i mean the final form 😂😂 of the recipe
