flan of caramel 

1 liter of milk 

1 banana 

optional ingredients that you can add it to add nutritional value or flavour : almond powder , dates , chocolate chips , oat ...

how to prepare : 

 okay we have our liter of milk here 

milk 

we cut the banana into medieum pieces just to facilitate when we mix it 

milk and banana

we add the flan caramel 

and taraaa bring the hand mixer and beging mixing until getting a homogeneous mixture .

now it's time to take into heat ( medieum heat )

until it begin to boil like shown in the picture below

we make it in a recipient and let it to solidify and then enter it to fridge
