Hello gourmets today i have the easiest recipe of cheesecake you will ever find and it's so delecious the most important thing and with economic ingredients and you won't need so much so don't hesitate to try it you will really love it , well i acknowledge that i prepared this recipe maybe 3 weeks ago and i post it now lol i am not lazy i was just a bit busy and i still busy by the way but i try to do my best . 


okaay there is two types of cheese cake we have the cooked cheese cake or backed cheese cake  which contains eggs and flour which help it to set and backed in water bath or oven and  the second type is uncooked cheese cake or unbaked cheese cake which is light and  airy and contain some amounts of gelatin but in our recipe we won't use gelatin and we will get a nice result 

so lets begin

how much times it take to prepare : 

time of making fist layer : 10 min
time of second layer : 15 min 
putting it in fridge : 3 hours 
preparing third layer : 15 min 
putting it again in fridge : 2 hours 

ingredients : 

the first layer :

- 200 gr of biscuit .
-  150 gr of butter . 

the second layer : 

- 4 cheesy yogurt of 80 gr 
- 1 caramel flan . 
- 200 gr of fresh cream . 
- 1 banana . 

the third layer : 

- 1 cup of 240 ml of sugar .
- the same cup of milk . 
- 1 tbs of butter .
- 1 tbs of starch corn .


how to prepare : 

first we bring our biscuit you can use any simple biscuit and we grind it in a robot untill getting a fine powder

we put the butter in heat and we melt it

we add the melted better to the biscuit untill getting a texture like sand

and we put it in the mold that we want to use for the cheesecake

we try to make it in on level using a glass like you can see in the picture below

now we put it aside and we go to prepare the second layer of cream actually my favourite layer i loves creams .


we put in a bowl the fresh cream which contains 32 per cent of fatty substance not the light fresh cream we use the beater mixer 


now we add the 4 cheesy yogurt

and we still mixing untill getting this nice texture of cream 

now we add the flan of caramel

we keep mixing again 


so delecious cream i think you can guess that just by the picture

we put this nice cream in our biscuit which is waiting for it

we cut the banana and we put it above our cream and we put in fridge for 3 hours to get solidify 

now we go to the third layer of caramel 

we put the cup of sugar in low heat

when it melt completely and turn to nice brown colour we add the tbs of butter

we mix and we add the warm cup of milk

it will petrified don't worry just keep mixing and make the heat in medium



when we get a nice sauce we bring our mold from fridge after 3 hours and we add it above it


the caramel sauce was not so succesful maybe for the quality of milk but it's okay the cheese cake is still wonderful so so yummy we let in again in fridge
