Hello hello everyone how are you doing with this cold weather , for me the fireplace and the hot food XD that's how i pass my cold days and for today i bring for you a delecious recipe that you have to eat it hot it's such a stuffed pies so let's see together how to prepare it , are you readyyyy show me some energy 😂😂 so come on

time of preparation : 

time of the dough : 15 minutes + the time of its rest 
time of preparation of the filling : 20 minutes
time of cooking : 20 minutes . 
total : more than 1 hour .

quantity : 

almost 6 medium pieces .

ingredients :

- 2 cups of flour  .
- 2 cups of medium semolina .
- halpf pepper .
- 1 big onion . 
- two medium tomatos . 
- spicy sauce . 
- salt .
- black and red pepper . 

how to prepare : 

we add two cups of  flour to our bowl .

with the same cup we add two cups of semolina

we add the salt just a tsp because we will add to the filling too .

and we add two cup of water 
remember : we use the same cup for all the recipe for semolina and flour and even water 




we mix the component using our hands until getting this mixture .

we put it on a smooth surface to facilitate kneading process , i put it above the marble 
and in this step we bring a little bowl of water and wetting hands before any knead to get a soft dough .

when we get this nice soft dough we devide it into 6 parts and we put oil and we make it rest we will use it lateeeer .

and now it's our nice filling we make a little bit of oil in the frying pan and we add the onion and wait until it wither w add the pepper and waiting until it wither too .

and in this step we add the tomato

and we mix the components and add the salt , black & red pepper , and one tbs of tomato paste and the spicy sauce and we mix , try to mashing using the wooden spoon just to get soft filling not a big pieces okaaay 😊

now we bring our dough which it stays calm 😂😂 kind dough 

okay i have to tell you that i doubeled the ingredients because a guest came in the last minutes  but you can continues normaly

we take every one and we open it using just our hand and oil you really need oil in this step

when it's open we add now the filling no matter if you get a little hole no problem we gonna solve it 😁😂

hummmm our filling is here can you smell it unfortunately not but so delicious i confirme for you we just keep it a bit until it cool down in order to use it safely in the dough and we add it 

and we close it from all the sides

and finally it's ready our nice mhajeb you can eat it right now before it get colder some people prefer that the dough be fine but for me i prefer it like that crispy and and make you feel full :) i wish that you like it see youuuuu byeee
