Makouda the tasty fried potato with parsley

Hello , today i wanna show you how to prepare easy tasty recipe using potato and parsley this smooth mix is irresistible . 

And guess what it is among the recipes which even if it still for the next hours or maybe next day too it stay always delecious  to eat and it maintains its texture .

you will without doubt success the recipe because i explained it with details and every single step is shown in the pictures .

Preparation time : 15 mn

consistency in refrigerator : 1 hour 

cook time : 25 mn 

Total time : 1 hour 40 min

Number of pieces : 15 piece

 Ingredients :


- 3 Medium potatos .

- 2 Eggs .

- 1 Garlic . 

- 2 tbs of  minced Parsley .

-1/2 tbs of Salt .

- 1/3 tbs of Saffron .

-  1/2 tbs of Ginger powder .

- 1/2 tbs Black pepper .

- 1/2 tbs of Ras'lhanout ( optional ) .


How to prepare :


 First of all we bring our potatos for this quantity we will need just 3 beads .

1- we peel it well and wash it .

2 -Then we cut it into small pieces as shown in the picture below .

3- Then we put in iron put full of water and on medieum heat untill cooked .

4- when it cooked we put it in the electric ou manuual mixer as you like and mix it

5- After mixing it we add salt and garlic and ginger powder and black pepper and ras lhanout and saffron .

6 - we mix it untill we get Cohesive mixture .

7- And in this step we add the eggs and we mix very well untill get the texture shown in the picture below .

8 - The secret here is to put it at least one hour in the refrigirator .

9 - When you take it out from the refrigirator we add parsley and we mix it and then we shape it on nipping form .

 10 - and then we heat the oil in our frying pan and we put it delicately .

11 - Finally remove it from heat and put it Above the paper absorbent oil .

And Taraa !! We finished our delecious Maakouda the fantastic mixture of potato and persley .

 You can serve it with sauces i actually love to eat it with mayonnaise or even katchup .
