hello hello everyone today’s recipe is just so nice so warning : for the lemon lovers this recipe is the right one for you it’s so fresh and sweet and easy to do and you will like it for sure just keep following the steps with me

time of preparation : 

preparation of the layers : 30 minutes
cooking in the oven : 20 minutes
décorating : 15 minutes 
total : 1  hour

ingredients : 

the first layer : 
- 3 eggs .
- 2/3 cup of sugar .
- 1/3 cup of oil .
- 2/3 cup of milk . 
- lemon zest . 
- 2 cup of flour . 
- 10 g of baking powder . 
the second layer : 
- 2 lemon yogurt 
- cup of milk .
- cup of whipped cream .
the third layer : 
- 3 eggs .
- cup of sugar .
- 1 and half of cornstarch .
- 2/3 lemon juice 

How to prepare : 

first of all we bring the eggs we mix it with the sugar and we turn on the electric mixer in the highest speed ( you can mix using a whip but you need to do it fast )

until getting this white mixture we add the oil gradually and we keep mixing 



we add the milk too


and now we add the lemon zest as you like 


we add the flour with the baking powder and we mix 


and we put the mixture in the tray after using butter to avoid that the cake stuck later after its cooking 
so we put it in the oven for among 20 minutes in medium heat . 


now in the meantime we will prepare the second layer 
so we add the cup of chantilly powder to prepare whipped cream and we add the cold milk and we use the hand mixer again in the highest speed


until getting this nice cream

now we take just a spoon of the cream and keep it in side to use it later to decorate we will back later our spoon don't go away 


and the quantity of cream we add the lemon yogurt 



and we mix we get a very light delecious cream it's fresh and yummy we can use it in a lot of things . 


 now after 20 minutes we have our cake ready to decorate , before doing anything we let it get a bit colder we keep it for 10 minutes after taking it out of the oven and we add a cup of milk to not get a dry layer of cake




after that the cake absorb the milk we make the cream above 


now we will prepare the third layer and you have to pay attention in this step we will mix the eggs with the sugar and lemon juice and cornstarch very well before making it in the heat 
after mixing we make it in a medium heat and we don't stop mixing even 1 second XD i'm serious keep mixing until get a cream 


a cream like shown in the picture below and just a note if you see grument you can a refinery and strain it to get a smooth cream and we make it above the white cream and don't add when it's hot noooo keep it get colder




after 2 hours you can begin cuting it into pieces and decorate it with the cream that we keep it in the fridge
