so let's see how we can do it , just before begin , we make it using Tahina which is a mixture of sesame and oil so we will see how to prepare tahina too .
and for the quantity i used just a little quantity to try if i will like it or not .
time of preparation :

mixing : 10 min
total : almost 1 hour

ingredients :
- 1 and half cup of chickpeas .
- 1 cup of sesame .
- 1/4 cup of oil .
- 1 tsp of baking soda .
- 1 tsp of salt .
- 1 and half tbs of lemon juice .
- cumin for décoration .
- olive oil for décoration .
How to prepare :
it's so easy first of all we bring our quantity of chickpeas we make it in water for at least 6 hours
then we change the water and we make it in a pot to cook it and a medium heat .

in the meantime we will prepare the tahina , we bring the sesame to toast it we use the white sesame and we put it in a frying pan in low to medium heat and we stir using a wood spoon .

until getting this powder of sesame

now after among 45 minutes of cooking when our chickpeas is ready and it ripe when you touch it is so soft we filter it out from water we keep just the pieces of chickpeas

we add 5 or 6 spoon of the water in which the chickpeas are boiled and we mix it using a hand mixer

until getting this nice soft texture
in this step we add a spoon of Tahina that we prepared before and lemon juice and salt and we start mixing again
now we put it in a serving dish and we put olive oil
i decorated it just using a spoon because its texture is easy to control

and in this step we can add cumin for more taste

i don't know if i made it well but for me i really loved it and i will do it again and again it's delecious and it doesn't take me so much time i wish that you try it too especially chickpeas lovers like me i love its taste and because it have a lot of benefits for our health and full of proteines .
