Hello Hellooo this is the first post and the first recipe on this new year 2020 Happy new year everyone i wish that it will be a year full of happiness and succes and full of nice delecious recipes 😁😁 yeah of course , we will prepare  new differents recipes that we have never tried sooo let's get started right now

today i bring for you so delicious recipe  for real it's so tasty from yesterday i ate a lot of pieces it's crunchy layer of meringue with creamy coconut layer and apricot jam and the tender layer of shortbread sooooo yummy i confirme that if you try it you will like it and you will prepare it everytime and the ingredients are so economic and it's easy to prepare let's see together how to prepare this wonder

time of preparation :

preparation of the dough : 10 minutes
preparation of meringue : 5 minutes
cooking time : 20 minutes
total time : almost 30 minutes

ingredients : 


1st layer of shortbread:
- 125 g of butter .
- 1/4 cup of oil .
- 2/3 cupf of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla or you can can use 1tsp of sugar vanilla .
- 3 yellow eggs .
- 5 gr of baking powder .
- flour .
2nd layer :
jam of apricot .
3thd layer of meringue :
- 3 white eggs .
- tsp of vanilla .
- punch of salt .
- 1 cup of sugar or soft sugar
- 1 cup of coconut .


How to prepare : 


first of all we make the butter in the bowl and we add the sugar and vanilla sugar ( note :it's better that the butter used is in ambient temperature to facilitate the task and to melt easily )

we add the quarter cup of oil to our mixture

we add the eggs just the yellow eggs , the white keep it aside we will use it later

and we mix very well using our hands ( you can use electric mixer if you want but no need it can be done using just hands ) untill the melting of sugar and butter 


and we begin adding the flour untill getting a nice knit soft dough 


when you get a dough like this you stop adding the flour

we roll it out in a tray in 0.5 inch you can use rectangular tray or circular tray , use what you have by the way we will cut it later to pieces



we add a layer of apricot jam among 3 or 4 spoon will be enough you can use another jam of strawberry or pears it turns to you 


now we will prepare the third layer , we need 3 white eggs and we add vanilla sugar or vanilla extract if you have and punch of salt and we mix using an electric mixer untill having a nice snow 


when we get this snow 


we add the sugar or the soft sugar if you want actually i prefer the sugar it gives a cristal aspect and we keep mixing 


now when we get this nice sweet texture we stop mixing 


we add the cup of coconut you can use ground peanuts or almond or any nuts that you want 
just a note : using a spatula mix the coconut and the whisked eggs delicately

look at this creamy sweet texture yummyyy 


we add it on the tray above the jam layer 


now we enter it to the oven for almost 20 minutes in medium temperature

omg if you just can smell it soooo beautiful now you bring a knife and you cut it into pieces in size that you want
