Hello everyone how are you doing , today we will see a very delecious recipe of chocolate macaroon , it's not the basic recipe made by almond power , no it's another way to prepare macaroon and it's so tender and tasty and easy , it does not take much time . try it and you will adore it , are you ready to the ingredients and the way of doing lets go
preparation of macaroon : 20 min
cooking time : 12 min
total : 35 min
quantity : 12 pieces
Ingredients :
- 1 egg .
- 80 gr of sugar .
- 1 tsp of sugar vanilla .
- 100 gr of dark chocolate
- 50 gr of butter .
- 120 gr of flour .
- 2 tbs of cacao .
- 1 tsp of baking soda .
- punch of salt .
- soft sugar .
How to prepare :
first step to do is using a electric hand mixer we whisk one egg with 80 gr of sugar and vanilla and add too a punch of salt don't forget it , it gives a strange and good taste to the chocolate or coffee too you can add a tsp of nescafe it's optional , the quantity of sugar could be more than 80 gr but because we will roll later in soft sugar so it will be enough
here we have our hand mixer
we melt the chocolate with butter in water bath or we call it bain marie
in the first picture i used just 15 gr of butter and added the 35g when it begin melting

when it melt we remove it from heat and the most important thing is that we put it for 5 minutes to get a bit colder because we can't add a hot ingredient to the egg it will be cooked , and then we add it to the mixture of egg and sugar .
now it's time to add the dry ingredients which are : flour and cacao and baking powder and mix delicately .
and mix using a spoon untill get this texture
this is the right texture , the secret here is to let it like shown in the picture and not try to add flour to make it more consistent no just let it like that .

optional : while we form the pieces we can fill it with chocolate or black cherry to add a flavour but even if we don't add it still very delecious , we use two spoon to take a quantity of mixture and put it in soft sugar to roll it well and then put it in the tray without form it we put it as it is
we bring our tray and we make butter papper if we don't have we just use a flour to avoid that our cakes macaroon stuck while cooking
we enter it to the oven it does not take so much time just 10 to 12 minutes in 150 °c , when you take it out of the oven you find it tender no problem you will just let it and when it get colder it will be perfect for eating

our nice recipe is done so delecous it's crispy in the exterior and very tender in the enterior you will like it surely it's so delecious for chocolate lovers and sweet food lovers , actually i love basic macaroon but it's good to try another ways to do .
