Ingredients :
for the dough :
- 3 Tbs of Oil .
- 2 Cups of semolina medium .
- 1 Cup of flour .
- 1/2 Tsp of salt .
- 1/2 Tsp of yeast .
- 1 Tbs of sugar .
- 1 Cup of water .
for the stuffing :
-1 Big Onion .
- 2 tomatos .
- 2 Big garlic .
- 1/2 Chili pepper . ( you can use 1 if you want it too spicy )
- 1/2 Tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 Tsp of red pepper .
- 1/2 Tsp of salt .
- 1 Tbs of tomato paste .
- 1/2 Tbs of hot sauce .
How to prepare :
- We add our two cups of semolina to the recipient .

- We add the cup of flour .

- We mix using our hands by adding water gradually .

Now for the preparation of the stuffing we cut the vegetables into small pieces .
PS : you can use also pepper , tuna , minced meat

We put all the ingredients that we used in the frypan except the tomato .

When it start to ripe and the onions wither we add tomato .
- We add tomato paste to the sauce .
- We add : salt and black pepper and red pepper .
- We devide our dough to four similar parts .

- We open the first one using a rolling pin .

- We bring the second opened dough we close with it .

- We put it casserole or Cooking pot; Stew pan Solid cooker and we let it for 10 minutes maximume for each side on medium heat .
