The tender corn starch cake with chocolate and almond + [Bonus] cappuccino at home

How are you doing todaay ! Whenever you read this I thank it's the best time
to prepare such a delecious cake like this believe me it's so crisp and yummy and with simple ingredients especially with a cup of capputchino also prepared in your kitchen easily , you will really enjoy the moment while you eat , excuse me for this long introduction but i really need to express my love for food to Transmit it for you 😂❤ soo let's see now how to make our tender cake with chocolate .
Time of preparation :
Ingrédients :
For the cake :
-125 g of butter .
- 7 g of vanilla sugar .
- 60 g of soft sugar équivalent of half cup of 144 ml .
- 1 egg .
-200 g of corn stretch.
- 80 g of flour .
- 100 g of melted chocolate .
For the cappucino :
- 2 tbs of nescafe .
- 2 tbs of sugar .
- tbs of water .
How to prepare :
First we bring the butter here i had a box of 250 but i used just its half

We add it to the bowl

We add vanilla sugar if you had vanilla extract you can even use a tsp

Now we add the soft sugar to the mixture

We mix them well
Now we add the egg and we keep mixing usine just our hands.
Now we add gradually the corn stretch and the flour and the baking soda until having a nice soft dough
Now we begin modeling it in a naps forme just usine or hands without molds
We make the flour in the tray and we make our pièces inside
We put it in the oven for almost 20 minutes untill you smell a beautiful smell .
And now it's ready don't let it in the oven untill getting a colour because it stars almost white because we used the corn starch
Now while it's not we make it directly in soft sugar

Now we put our cakes in the chocolate and it's almost ready we let it now until the chocolate Cold .

Now for the préparation of the cappuccino vert easily we put the to tbs of nescafe in the bowl

If you want to have a bigger quantity you can use more but all the 3 ingredients with the same quantity okay now when we have this mixture

We bring a hand mixer

We put it in a box
And we can conserve it in the fridge and in the time of use we add a tbs of this foam mixture to the mug
( sorry i don't have a nice mug of cappuccino 😶 )
We add then hot milk

And it's ready
In the mixture below there is no foam because i added chocolate so i lost the nice texture but you can keep it
