Hello everyone welcome to our blog of every delecious thing today i have the right recipe for sausage lovers it's a tasty pizza with a very tender beautiful dough there are different way to prepare pizza dough and i tried a
lot of recipes but i really liked this one and you will see the difference when
you eat it .
actually since i found this way of preparing pizza dough i did not change it i am sure that if you try it will like it without any doubt
time of preparation :
prepare the dough : 20 min
time of fermenting of the dough : at least 30 min
preparation of the sauce : 15 min
cooking sausage : 10 min
preparing the pizza : 15 min
cooking the pizza : 20 min
total : almost 2 hours
quantity : 4 pizza
ingredients :
for the dough :
- 2 cups of warm milk .
- 1 and 1/2 tbs of yeast .
- 2 tbs of sugar .
- 2 eggs .
1tsp of salt .
- 7 cups of flout .
- 1 tbs of baking soda .
- 3 tbs of butter .
for the sauce :
- 3 medium tomatos .
- 3 garlic .
- 1 tbs of tomato paste .
- 1/2 of black pepper .
- 1 tsp of salt .
- hot dogs .
- cheese .
- olive .
- thyme .
how to prepare :
the first step that we will do is adding the two cups of warm milk , warm to facilitate the reaction of sugar and yeast that we will add later .

then we will add the yeast and the sugar to the milk

we mix them very well because the gruments of yeast stay here .
- now we add the eggs to the mixture .

- we mix again very well .
- now we add the dry ingredients : flour , salt , baking soda we add gradually and mix with the tbs until having a coherent dough we can use our hand in that step
okaay when we get this dough
we can add the butter now to the dough and we mix

We try to insert butter in the dough

and we keep knead untill getting a soft coherent dough we cover it and let it to ferment

we put minced garlic in the frying pan in low heat

and we add the tomato to the garlic and we add a tbs of tomato paste

we add salt and black pepper
we add thyme
when it rippen we remove it from heat let it get colder a bit and bring the hand mixer and mix it to get a beautiful texture of the sauce .
here i had just a small quantity of chicken that i used , i added a tsp of mustard and pinch of salt and black pepper and ginger

and now we bring our dough after its fermenting

we devide it into 4 parts to prepare 4 nice pizza

we roll out the dough using a rolling pin
here i added a punch of thin semolina

we make cheese in the border of the pizza to roll it later
we added the cutted olive to the cheese
now we used some grated cheese and before don’t forget to make holes in the dough using a fork as in
order to get a flat dough and not inflated
and we add the tomato sauce of course and the sausage in my case i added the chicken
and finally the cheese
and we enter it to the oven in medium temperature until it's ripeness

and here we have our nice very tasty pizza the only thing that i was unsatisfied here is the cheese that i used it was a bad quality it's just like plastic it doesn't melt apart from that the pizza was just great nothing to say
