Hello friends 

I wish that you are doing well today i came to you with a nice sweet recipe that you will surely love it especially if you are pan cake lover that’s why i like to call it honey cell pan cake it’s my hobby to call food and give it names XD

So i let you with the recipe and i wish that you will like 


Cook time :


Preparation : 10 min

The mixture rest time: 15 min

Final recipe time to cook : almost 7 min

Total : almost 40 min 

Ingredients :


- 2 cup Thin semolina .

- 2 tbs of flour .

- 1 tbs of vinegar .

- 1 egg .

- 1 tsp of Salt .

- 10 g of baking powder.

- 1 tbs of yeast .

- 1 tsp of sugar .

- 4 cups of warm water .

- butter .







How to prepare :





Okay first of all you bring the cup that we will use to mesure semolina and water the same one and bowl .








And you put 2 cups of semolina








Add the two tbs of flour







The a tbs ( not entirely full ) of yeast








Now add the tsp of sugar to help the yeast do the job 😉 








Okay now we add the baking powder 


















And add the vingar to improve the mixture in order to be lighter .








We add the egg 








Okay now we add 2 cups of water and mix just using the spoon

Then we add more 2 cups of water and mix very well it’s preferable to use the the electric mixer to get fast result 






















Okay now we cover the mixture and let it rest just for 10 minutes not more pay attention 



After 10 minutes we bring the frying pan it’s so good if you have a frying pan special for the pancake but i don’t have it unfortunately but it’s okay i still have a good result 😎😂








So we heat the frying pan very well and we put butter it gives a good flavour and to avoid that our mixture stuck .

We bring the ladle spoon and we put in the frying pan

actually i changed the frying pan beause the other one make it stuck 😕

so we let it until it’s dryness and ripeness no need to turn it into the other side .






Okay now our delecious recipe is almost ready .

You can accompany it with chocolate spread or you can do as i did honey and butter we melt them in low heat
